The video presentation by Mal Booth, Sophie McDonald and Belinda Tiffen, UTS Library which uses Common Craft concept provides a good overview of how a traditional library can still remain relevant and be able to achieve the 4Cs –collaboration, conversation, community and content-creation ( plus crowd sourcing) by embracing Library 2.0 ethos. By ‘flipping’ the physical environment and creating a virtual environment through the use of Web 2.0 technologies, libraries will still remain a critical learning hub now and into the future.
